An adolescent boy and girl strayed to the deep end of a pool and nearly drowned. Thankfully, they were saved from drowning by other swimmers via unorthodox means.
Knowledge of CPR should be assessed during post primary school common entrance examinations and the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations. This beating though achieved results, was grossly unnecessary.
